The new app release arrives with deeper integration with the desktop flavor of Viber, while also bringing along support for stickers, in addition to emoticons and other features.
Viber for Windows Phone 8 comes as a VoIP application that keeps users connected with their friends and family for free. The app has already seen over 500,000 monthly downloads on Microsoft’s mobile OS, TNW reports.
“Viber integrates with your phone to provide the best VoIP experience. It syncs with your contact list, automatically detecting which of your contacts already have Viber. Your phone number is your user ID, so you don’t need a username and password,” the app’s description reads.
