Mozilla has just released a new version of its Firefox beta browser application for Android devices. As expected, the latest iteration doesn't come with an official changelog attached to it, so we must assume it only brings minor under the hood changes.

Those who already have Firefox beta installed on their devices will notice that there's an update available for download via Google Play.

Keep in mind that there's still a chance that the browser might include some known issues, which are expected to be addressed in future updates.

If testing new apps is not your thing, we recommend installing the latest Firefox for Android 25, which offers quite a stable browsing experience.

Anyway, you can now download Firefox Beta 9 for Android 26 for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.0 and up.
