It brings progress indicator in the Android notification bar

Google has updated its Chrome Beta for Android twice this week and the stable version once. The latest update for the beta version brings a few new features and some bug fixes.

According to the official changelog, the latest version of Chrome Beta for Android features progress indicator in the Android notification bar for downloads happening via the Chrome network stack.

In addition, the update brings support for HTML <datalis> tag. Crash fixes have been included in the update as well. One known issue has been confirmed by developers: “graphical corruption sometimes during keyboard pop-up & dismiss.”

You can now download Chrome Beta for Android 33.0.1750.31 for free via Google Play Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 4.0 and up.
