It comes with lots of bug fixes and few improvements

The folks at Boat Browser, the team behind the mobile browser with the same name, have just announced that a new version is now available for download on Google Play.

Lots of issues have been addressed in the latest iteration, but there are no new features added. According to the official changelog, the following issues have been addressed:

- Fix text scaling bug; - Remove floating buttons when in full screen for the devices that have permanent menu key; - Add floating menu button If you cannot open menu for devices that without permanent menu key; - Fix force close bug when put Boat into background (Only happens in Android 2.1); - Fix force close bug when exiting Boat Browser; - Clear data option is removed to Settings->Privacy & Security.

Boat Browser 5.4 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
