An updated version of the 6sec application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone 8 devices out there, namely 1.7.0.0.

The app was released as an unofficial Vine client for the platform, enabling users to easily share 6-second videos to the popular website.

Starting with the new version, users will be able to upload their videos to Microsoft’s SkyDrive cloud service, the release notes unveil.

With this app, users will enjoy all of the features that Vine has to offer, including the possibility to upload videos and the option to find, follow, and interact with people close to them.

“6Sec for Vine is the best way to see and share life in motion. Create short, beautiful, looping vine videos in a simple and fun way for your friends and family to see,” the application’s description reads.
