14 DAY TRIAL // An updated flavor of the Disqus application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone devices out there, namely version 1.7.2.0.
The mobile software has been updated with support for transparent live tile in the new iteration, though users will need to un-pin and re-pin it to the start screen if the previously available blue tile is still there after the update.
At the same time, the new flavor of the application arrives on devices with a series of bug fixes, which should result in a better overall experience for all users.
For those out of the loop, we should note that this mobile client was designed to provide users with the possibility to stay on top of thousands of live discussions across the Disqus community.
The application will provide users with notification on new replies in their favorite discussions, while also enabling them to easily follow friends and site authors to get updates on their activity throughout the web.
Disqus for Windows Phone will also enable users to write comments and replies, star favorite discussions, vote on comments, and do more. Moreover, it also enables them to moderate discussions for any Disqus-enabled site they administer.
Disqus for Windows Phone is available for download through the Windows Phone Store, with support for all WP8 and up devices.
