Gameloft's 'Brothers in Arms' franchise is about to make its debut in the Android Market, as the developer has just confirmed the upcoming availability of Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front. Those who are not familiar with Gameloft's game should know that the developer has a rather strange policy of offering some games exclusively via its webstore.

In addition, for unknown reasons, any game purchased directly from Gameloft cannot be transferred on new devices.

Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front is now available for download from Gameloft's website for around $5, but will soon be available for download from Android Market, the developer confirmed via Twitter.

Although Gameloft has yet to unveil any details about the game's release date, it confirmed that Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front will be available as a free download.
