Although BlackBerry has enough troubles as it is, the Canadian company has just been hit with a lawsuit from one of its shareholders who claims that officials misled them on BlackBerry 10’s potential to improve the handset maker’s profits consistently.

As CrackBerry points out, the claim states that “BlackBerry and certain of its officers and directors are charged with making a series of materially false and misleading statements and omissions related to the Company's business and operations.”

Basically, the company’s officials did not inform investors that BlackBerry's business, operations and financial situation was made worse by the rollout of BlackBerry 10 operating system, instead of getting the company back on track.

The lawsuit was filed by Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC and Former Louisiana Attorney, who encourages anyone with inside info on BlackBerry's conduct during the period in question to contact the firm.
