The affordable BlackBerry Curve 9320 is about to make its debut at Virgin Mobile Canada. The smartphone is rumored to arrive on the carrier's airwaves as early as June 4.

According to an internal Virgin Mobile document leaked via MobileSyrup, the Curve 9320 will be available for purchase for only $150 CAD outright, though it was originally priced at $300 CAD.

The Curve 9320 is one of the few smartphones that come with BlackBerry 7.1 OS out of the box. The handset sports a small 2.44-inch standard display that supports 320 x 240 pixels resolution.

It packs 512MB of RAM, 512MB of ROM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB). Aside from the traditional QWERTY keyboard, Blackberry Curve 9320 comes with a dedicated BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) button.
