Ubisoft has just announced another major update is now available for Android and iOS users who purchased their Assassin’s Creed: Pirates game.

Fans of the franchise that can’t get enough of Ubisoft’s series will be pleased to know Ubisoft confirmed the current update adds about five hours of content. Aside from that, new modes, new items and new ships have been introduced.

First of all, players will now be able to unlock two new ships and battle 6 amazing historical Bosses. There’s also a new Survival Mode that challenges players’ skill to remain the one last standing.

New gameplay features have been added as well. Those who already played Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag may remember the game allows them to hunt whales for consumables that can be used to manufacture various accessories, weapons and armors.

Well, you can now go whale hunting again in Assassin’s Creed: Pirates thanks to the new mode included in the latest update. You will be able to collect no less than 50 species of Caribbean fish.

Last but not least, Ubisoft mentions they have added a New Playground campaign that contains new missions, but it’s unclear how many they are. Those who already have the game installed on their devices should check Google Play Store for the update.

New players can now download Assassin’s Creed: Pirates for Android 1.2.0 for $4.99 / €3.49 via Google Play store. The game should be compatible with most devices powered by Android 3.2 and up.
