Rovio, owners of Angry Birds franchise, have just released their first update for “Angry Birds Space” game for Android devices.

Launched in late March, “Angry Birds Space” featured 60 interstellar levels integrated in a zero gravity environment which makes the gameplay even more fun and challenging in comparison with other titles of the franchise.

Even though Rovio promised Android enthusiasts regular and free updates for “Angry Birds Space” will be rolled out soon after the game’s launch, we did not expect it to come so quickly.

Anyway, the latest update adds 10 new levels in a completely new environment: “a new moon rises and puts pigs in motion! If you thought it was hard to pop pigs in space before, just wait til they're orbiting around the icy planets in these 10 NEW LEVELS.”

In addition, Rovio also corrected some crash issues found in older devices. “Angry Birds Space” for Android 1.1 is now available as a free download via Google Play store.
