14 DAY TRIAL // HTC is moving closer to the release of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system for the owners of HTC One smartphones on AT&T’s network in the United States, and it has already received certification for it.
Recently, the company announced that the update would arrive on said devices before mid-October, and it appears that it is on track with its development.
In fact, Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC America, said on Twitter that the update would land on AT&T’s version of HTC One as soon as the next week.
“Good news for One users on AT&T. 4.3 update passed AT&T certification today. Will begin to push to your phones early next week,” he tweeted.
Android 4.3 will arrive on smartphones with a series of improvements to the Sense UI, new video highlights capabilities, and the option to disable on-screen menu buttons, among other enhancements.
