14 DAY TRIAL // As expected, US-based carrier T-Mobile has just added the Alcatel One Touch Evolve to its lineup of affordable Android smartphones. Customers can now purchase the handset for only $100 (€75) via T-Mobile’s online store.
Alcatel One Touch Evolve ships with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and features a single-core 1GHz MediaTek MT6575 processor.
The budget-friendly handset comes with only 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
On the back side, there’s a 5-megapixel main camera that features autofocus, LED flash and HD (720p) video recording, while in the front, there’s a secondary VGA camera for video calls.
The One Touch Evolve comes with pre-loaded apps such as Nuance’s Swype keyboard and pre-configured home screens with important apps and widgets.
