Karbon A1+ Duple seems to be the sequel of the A1+, which was launched in India one year ago. However, while the old model shipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system out of the box, the sequel provides users with the advantages of the newer Android 4.2 Jelly Bean platform.

Aside from that, Karbonn A1+ Duple offers dual-SIM (2G / 2G) capability and a decent 3.5-inch capcitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 320 pixels resolution.

According to AndroidOS, the A1+ Duple sports a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera, a VGA front camera, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

On the inside, the smartphone comes equipped with a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor, 256MB of RAM and 512MB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

The A1++ Duple is now available for purchase in India via major retailers across the country for only Rs 3,690 outright, which is about $60 or €45.
