A new flavor of the Adobe Reader application is now available for download for the owners of Android-based devices, namely 10.6.0.

The application enables users to store Acrobat.com Cache in Private Data area for improved security, while also offering them the possibility to open http links to PDF documents.

Furthermore, the updated software comes with the option to view Notes attached to text markup, and packs various performance improvements on high DPI devices, along with bug fixes and security updates.

“Adobe Reader is the free, trusted leader for reliably viewing and interacting with PDF documents across platforms and devices. Install the free Adobe Reader mobile app to work with PDF documents on your Android tablet or phone,” Adobe notes in the app’s description.
