Rumors on the upcoming availability of the 32GB version of AT&T Lumia 1520 surfaced several days ago and the smarpthone was listed on the carrier's website recently but no one could order one.

The expensive phablet appeared as out of stock, but AT&T also stated the 32GB Lumia 1520 will arrive soon and will be available for purchase online and at official AT&T brick and mortar store.

It looks like it didn't take more than a day for the carrier to put the smartphone on sale, so those who still wish to grab Nokia's flagship smartphone can do so for no less than $640 (€470) outright via AT&T online store.

Customers who cannot afford to pay such a high amount upfront can sign up for a new 2-year agreement with AT&T and get the 32GB Lumia 1520 for only $250 ($640 (€470) 185).

Unlike the 16GB version that features less storage, the 32GB model comes with more internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB.
