NYT VR is an application from The New York Times that enables its users to be a part of the stories they are reading.
When you read a story, and you see a picture, you don’t really feel that you’re at the moment, but that can be different with the NYT VR application. This app enables users to become a part of the story and to place themselves right in the middle of the action.
As the developers have explained, it will be possible to follow the Iraqi forces as they fight to retake Falluja from ISIS, to climb the spire of the World Trade Center, or even walk on Pluto. The possibilities are endless, and you will only need to have Google Cardboard V2.
