Microsoft Whiteboard APK

The Whiteboard app allows you to create and collaborate on online whiteboards with others. There are plenty of examples of what the app is useful for, brainstorming ideas, solving particular problems, organizing and managing projects, and collaborating on new concepts.

Access the main window to create a new whiteboard. You can add different elements to your whiteboards, such as notes, and drawings via the "Ink" button, text, shapes, images, reactions, documents, or note grids. To add a new element, tap the "Plus" button in the lower right corner.

The app provides a wide range of templates that you can use to get started with. Find those in the "Templates" section. These include Brainstorming, Problem Solving, Design and Research, Strategy, Project Planning, Retrospective, Games, Workshops, and Learning.

The Brainstorming template, for example, provides various diagrams, the Problem Solving template contains a list of analysis topics, and the Design and Research template lists several grids, models, and maps. You can apply different backgrounds, add shapes to your whiteboard, and invite others to collaborate via link.
