Facebook Services is the name of the Facebook application developed specifically for Samsung devices.
If you’re using one of the latest Samsung devices, you might have noticed that you already have Facebook installed and that it can’t be deleted. Unlike the regular app, this one is called Facebook Services, but that’s pretty much the only major difference.
It’s also important to mention that once you’ve logged in the application, you’ll start receiving notifications from your Facebook account. Even if you log out, the notifications will continue to arrive, unless you disable them specifically.
It’s an application designed especially for Samsung devices, so unless you have one of these phones, there is no point in trying to install it.
