Brevent is an app that forcefully closes applications when the user hits back and goes to the home screen.
Most of the Android versions out there have a particular feature that might not be to everyone’s liking. When users exit from an app and return to the Home screen, most of the application remain opened in the background, in case, they are needed again.
The problem is that most of the time, users simply want to close the application and move on to the next thing. The fact that processes remain opened in the memory can have an effect on the device performance.
The Brevent app lets users close the applications as soon as they hit the back button. It requires a few special permissions over ADB, which are detailed in the app, but there is o need for root access.
