It comes with lots of useful tools for recording all sort of sounds and saving them as files on your device. You can share them and use all the app features to have fun with them or sync them to one of your online cloud accounts.
Intuitive UI with lots of features at hand
The app doesn't launch with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, which is quite inconvenient since new users like to have some guidance when launching a new app.
It doesn't come with material design, but the app has a side menu that allows users to access all sort of interesting sections. It doesn't require online registration or internet connections which is quite nice since it means that you can use it anywhere.
The interface has a really intuitive design, with plenty of tools at hand, navigation through sections is made by swiping the screen left or right in order to access tabs.
Record all sort of sounds
Simply press on the icon on the main menu in order to start recording. There's also a bar at the top of the screen, which allows users to control the app and stop recordings. The app continues to record if you close it or if you turn off your screen.
All recorded files can be accessed in a separate section inside the app. Simply tap on one to share with friends or make some editing, but it only lets you change the name of the file, before saving it on your device.
More features and tools
The app also allows users to connect with their Google Drive or Dropbox accounts and save information in the cloud. It has the option of changing the default audio format, choose between AAC, WAV or AMR.
You can also change the sample rate to up to 44100 Hz and pick the encoder bit rate of your choice. The app lets you play files, without having to open an additional player.
It would have been nice if it had the option of making some changes to files and adding effects. It also needs the option to set recordings as ringtones. All in all, it's a very intuitive application with all the basic tools that you might need in order to record sounds.
