Ordinary interface with only a few tools
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, which is quite inconvenient considering that some users find tips quite beneficial. Still, you wouldn't really need them since the UI is quite easy-to-use, all the tools that you might need are on the home screen.
It lacks material design or a side menu that would provide quick access to the app's sections. The UI comes with a very nice wallpaper in the background, it comes in bright colors and it makes it easy to access the app's functions. The app could use a settings menu with some changes that you could make to the app's functions and it's UI.
Record all sort of sounds
The app is quite intuitive, all you need to do is press on the large button on the home screen and recording will start automatically. The interface covers all of your screen, so you won't be able to see notifications in the status bar.
When it starts to record, it displays a timer. There isn't any restriction on the recording length, but it would have been nice if it displayed the size and total storage left on your device, so you would know how long your recordings must be. When you tap on the stop button, it automatically opens the list of effects.
Add effects to your recordings
Users have the option to browse through all sort of effects that they can add to their recordings. You can add a lazy voice, echo, monster, chipmunk and more. Some effects have turn your voice into a high pitched one, much like when inhaling helium.
You can also add other effects like old radio, robot, trembling, fast, bathroom and telephone. There's the option to see how your voice sounds with all those effects and save the one that you like the most.
It takes a while to save recordings, but you can check them into a separate section inside the app. It displays the date and time when the recordings were made, together with the length. You can share them with friends on social networks.
