It helps you record nice videos and then edit them easily using tools provided inside the app. You can also change fps count but don't expect the app to do anything more. It could use some more work and a lot more features.
Simplistic app that needs a total makeover
It's always nice to come across applications that have a detailed tutorial, despite the fact that it can take up some space and add to the app's total size. SloPro doesn't come with any instructions, but considering that it has a simplistic UI, you wouldn't really need them.
The app lacks a settings menu and it doesn't have material design or a side menu to access sections easier. The interface is quite simplistic, with only a few features and no option to make any changes to the app overall.
Record videos and edit them
The home section is filled with a gallery of all videos that you have recorded using the app and there are two options at the top of the screen. You can either import videos from your phone or record new ones.
The app doesn't come with its own recorder, it merely uses the device's camera meaning you won't have any tools or options to apply while recording. All videos are recorded in a normal fps rate and you can edit them later inside the app. Fortunately, there are no restrictions on the duration of your video and the app records in a high resolution but it does have some flaws.
Some shortcomings
It's quite buggy and glitches at times. In addition, if you're thinking of importing a video from your gallery, you should expect the app to crash at times. You can change the fps rate, from slow to fast, although the app doesn't really explain what that means.
There's the option to crop videos, but it doesn't display the length. It takes a while to export edited videos so you'll have to be really patient with this app. Moreover, the app displays a watermark on each video and there's no option of removing it. The watermark reads "Made with SloPro for iPhone", which is quite confusing seeing how this is the app's Android version.
The pro version of this app would remove the watermark, but only if you pay 3.49$. All in all, the app seems to be a poorer version of SloPro for iPhone, in the sense that it's quite buggy and missing some essential features that you may find on other apps.
