Microsoft PowerPoint 16.0.4229.1007
It lets users create and edit presentations on their phones or integrate with OneDrive in order to display documents that you've saved on your account.
Intuitive and easy-to-use interface
The app launches with a tutorial, showing new users all the neat things that they can do. Next, you'll need to register with your OneDrive account and open presentations that you've saved on your phone.
The app has a side menu with access to all sort of sections and settings that you can make to the UI and the app's functions. The interface resembles that of all other Microsoft Office applications, it's clean and fresh but a bit boring. Still, it gives users access to all sort of tools, but it's missing an appealing design.
Create all sort of documents
PowerPoint opens with a list of templates that you can choose from, it's the first step towards creating new presentations. Pinch the screen in order to enlarge slides, the app displays instructions on each new slide so you would know how to add text.
You can create presentations of an unlimited number of cards and the app lets you adjust font color and make some formatting settings. It lets you add various styles of bullets and numbering. You can also adjust text rotation and change the layout of your slides.
The app lets you add notes, write text of any kind of length without worrying because the app automatically adjusts it to the slide. Unfortunately, the app doesn't let users insert pictures or charts from a Excel document, which is quite inconvenient.
Save and print
The side menu gives users access to some sections of the app. It integrates with OneDrive and Dropbox, you can save or import presentations from there.
You can also save the document on a directory on your phone and the app lets you print presentations. It has a feature for viewing slideshows, you can pick the speed with which slides are changed.
The app is free but users can pick from some subscriptions, one for 7.49$ for Office 365 Personal which makes the package available to 1 PC or Mac + 1 tablet + 1 smartphone. For 5 Pcs you'll have to pay 10.69$ per month.
