Hyper Timelapse 1.6.3
One nice app that could help you create videos is Hyper Timelapse. It sports a really nice UI with plenty of features at hand and tools for making your video really stand out. However, it doesn't really let you create timelapse videos, it only speeds up the video.
Intuitive interface with plenty of features at hand
The app launches with a tutorial showing users all the neat things that they can do inside the app, as well as how to access tools. It doesn't use material design but you wouldn't really need it since the layout is really nice and intuitive.
You can access all the main features from the home screen, including the camera mode for recording, saved videos and other sections. There's also a settings section, but it only has a few tips for sharing the app with friends on social networks or rating it on Google Play Store. In the same settings menu you can check out suggestions of other apps.
Create nice videos
It's quite easy to create videos, the app simply accesses your camera and you might need to pick the front or back camera. Add grids and change the screen orientation to landscape or portrait if you wish. Once the video was recorded you can change the rendering speed but not frames.
The app doesn't really let users create timelapse videos, it only fast forwards the video to a desired speed. Still, you can add audio but you'll have to wait a couple of minutes until the app finishes to process the video with the added audio track.
Some features
All videos are stored in a separate section inside the app, so you can check them out at any time. There's also the option to share the video with friends on social networks, but that's one of the most common features that almost all apps have.
Aside from the fact that it doesn't do what it claims, it also doesn't let users crop audio files and only add a certain section of the file. In addition, you can't change the duration of videos or crop them after they were recorded, which is quite inconvenient especially if you wish to remove a certain part of the video.
