One of them is by using an app that locks access to your files by locking them with a password. File Locker Master is one of such files. The app is filled with all sort of features that you can use in order to protect audio files, videos and personal documents stored on your phone.
Easy-to-use interface that has much to offer
The app doesn't come with any sort of tutorial or instructions, which is quite inconvenient since it could have used a presentation to show new users how the app works and how to access tools. Still, it has a side menu for accessing all sections of the app but it's missing general settings for the UI and its functions.
In addition to that, it doesn't use material design and has no customization features which is quite inconvenient, since there are similar applications that come with themes and the option to change the background picture for the lock screen.
Lock all sort of files on your phone
It lets you browse through lots of sections on your phone and your SD card. The side menu gives users access to music files, downloads and photos. You can also browse through directories on your phone and lock whichever file you wish.
There's no way to set a master password and you can pick a different one for each file although that wouldn't be recommended since it's difficult to remember them. In addition, the app lacks any recovery methods in case you forget your password which is quite inconvenient.
Some flaws
The app doesn't display images, you'll have to open the picture viewer on your phone in order to see them. Still, it shows you previews of them but only of the ones that aren't locked. The same goes with music files and other documents on your phone.
The app works just fine, but some files take a lot of time to lock so you'll have to be patient. It doesn't remove files from their folders, it just locks access to them. It lets users create all sort of folders on their phones which is nice, but you can't create a vault to store personal data.
In addition, it would have been nice if it took some actions after the wrong password was typed. The app is free but it comes with banner ads and there's no option of removing them with an in-app purchase.
