They're filled with unique features and lots of tools to make sure you wake up refreshed and ready to start your day. One of such apps is Alarm Pro. It has a nice feature that displays all of your tasks for the day and comes with nice ringtones and themes.
Sleek interface with much to offer
It's always nice to come across applications that also have a tutorial or presentation to show new users all the neat features that they can find inside the app.
However, Alarm Pro doesn't have any tips which is quite inconvenient. It also lacks material design and the interface is a bit more complicated than that of similar apps.
This is quite annoying considering that people have gotten used to a more intuitive UI. It's also annoying to try and understand a complicated interface and go through all sort of settings right before you're getting ready for bed.
Set alarms and create reminders
The home page launches directly with a calendar and it displays a nice message on the bottom. The only thing that you need to do in order to set a reminder is to press on any day of the calendar. There's also a whole section with reminders, in which you can manage all of your tasks for the day.
The app also lets users create an account and sync all of their information on multiple devices to make sure it's always at hand. The settings menu has a feature that lets you automatically or manually sync information on your account.
More features at hand
Creating an alarm is quite easy. There's the option to choose from multiple types of alarms, like a regular alarm for waking up, a countdown, birthday or anniversary reminder. You can have the app set off alarms for reminding you to drink water or have your phone make a sound when shifts rotate.
In addition, you can create your own custom alarm and add whichever ringtone you wish. Users can set a repeat frequency, pick the ringtone and the snooze internal. You can also name your alarms and you'll get some tips just before you save the alarm.
The app won't work if your phone is off or when the earphone is plugged in. But the app doesn't have any tools for disabling the alarm in a smart way, like using calculations or mini games to make sure you're really up. The app has some bugs, it creates two icons for your home screen.
