Zomato 6.3.3
Zomato is a nice app that actually resembles Foursquare, but it's not as popular or accessible to users living in various parts of the world. Still, the app is available in 100 cities across India, the UK, Canada, and more but not the US.
Sleek interface with plenty of features
The app launches with a pretty comprehensive tutorial, showing users how to navigate inside the app and discover all its features. It requires all new users to register with an account, use your Facebook, Google+ profiles or email address to do so.
A side menu gives you access to all sections of the app and the option of editing your profile and making changes to the UI. You can add a short description of yourself, change your username and add your phone number. There's also the option of adding a profile picture.
Find restaurants easier
The app resembles Foursquare, in the sense that it provides with a list of restaurants, bars and cafes together with user reviews, menus and other features. You can search for places to eat based on various categories.
There's the section with newly opened places, Wi-Fi cafes, places where you can eat the best brunches, restaurants perfect for group meals and kid or pet friendly places.
Find a restaurant that offers city view when you're traveling to another location or find a romantic place to take your date to. Filters searches by nearby restaurants, places based on your feed and suggestions from people you follow.

The nice thing about this app is that aside from providing users with reviews of places to eat, it also displays the average price of two meals and services it provides.
A gallery of pictures gives you the feel of things inside the restaurant together with images of the best dishes on the menu. Bookmark a place so you'd remember to go there some other time or check in if you're dining there.
Tap on the been there tab to let people know you've eaten there and start writing a review of the place. Don't forget to snap pictures of what you order and recommend a restaurant from your city to help the community grow.
