Clean interface, similar to the website
The app comes in a different format compared to other similar ones. The menu isn't located on the left side of the screen but rather on the bottom. All features are neatly arranged and the 'hamburger' icon with settings is featured on the right side.
There are no instructions or a tutorial, although it would have been useful. Before you start browsing for items, you should select the country and language, so the app that display prices in your local currency.
Browse through various items
All items are arranged into categories. Aside from the usual sections, the app also comes with a lookbook, a catalog, collections of items for certain occasions or time of day.
The app doesn't include the Zara Home section. Users also have the option of using the search bar to find products faster. Browsing through items is really easy, all you need to do is swipe left to see the next item and down to see more pictures.
Tap on the info icon for details on the product, share the item on social networks, check out its composition and care methods. The app has a size guide that you can check before purchasing an item to make sure it'll fit.
Purchase various items
Simply tap on the add icon in order to buy any products, but read the item description well because you won't be able to check it again in the shopping bag page. You can also use the app to search for a store nearby or scan products.
In addition, check the availability of products in store before you decide to visit it. Zara offers its clients the option of registering with an account but it wants a lot of personal information, including your detailed location, postal code, full name and two phone numbers.
