Cute interface with plenty of features
The app requires online registration, you can log in with your Facebook, Google+ or Kakao account. Still, you can skip creating an account but you won't be able to use all its features.
The app doesn't come with a tutorial, but you can find plenty of instructions in the settings menu. It informs users on how to create a cloud account, make notes or sync data.
You can also directly email developers if you're having trouble with the app. SomNote has plenty of themes to choose from, but it takes a while to load them. Some of them are free and can be downloaded instantly to your device. Still, it provides users with few fonts to choose from.
Create notes and arranged them in folders
SomNote is a great app for creating writing down your thoughts, classes and all sorts of information that you wish to store and remember. It offers users the option of creating and sorting notes by the date and name.
There's a search bar for finding notes faster and you also have the option of creating folders to arrange them. Add attachments and edit notes at any time. Your data may be synced in the cloud, making it available on any device and a free account comes with 1GB storage space.
Make sketches and secure data with a password
SomNote is not just a notepad, it also lets you make all sorts of sketches, providing you with two pencils to choose from and multiple colors. You can add a background color from your phone's gallery or snap one instantly using your built-in camera.
There's an eraser and undo button, in case you with to make some changes to the sketch. All data can be saved with a pin code or you can share it with friends if you wish.
SomNote comes with ads, but they can be removed if you upgrade to the premium version for 3.99$ per month or 39.99$ per year. An upgrade would also unlock many more features and storage space in the cloud.
