Considering the popularity of social networking sites, there's no wonder that the internet is filled with applications for editing pictures and making you look your best. PicsArt Goo is nothing like that. The application can be an entertaining way of playing with pictures and making funny faces.

Easy-to-use GUI, but comes with a few flaws

This app truly has an intuitive user-interface. All you need to do to get started is to load or take a picture. However, the app isn't very stable and crashes when loading an image from the gallery. In addition, the app comes with editing tools, but it fails to open them at times.

Have fun with stretching pictures

Still, after you take a picture you can get started with modifying it. You can crop or rotate it, to make sure you get the part you need. Simply swipe the screen to stretch the face into any direction that you'd like. The app is really responsive so you should be gentle with your moves. You can always refresh the image and have it set back to its original form or clear the last change that you've made.

The app also comes with several editing tools, you can add effects to pictures, like blurred images, colors, corrections, etc. There are also options for adding text, borders, colors, shapes, frames, basically all the common tools for editing regular pictures and sharing them with friends on the internet.

Clipart and shaking image

In addition to that, PicsArt Goo comes with cliparts or small icons of cartoon characters and various shapes for you to add to pictures. They are really well designed and make the picture even funnier. There's also a play section, where you can set the image to move as you tilt the screen up and down, or shake it.

All in all, the app is really entertaining and can also be used for editing regular pictures. It comes with clipart and the play feature which guarantees you'll have fun while using it. Still, the app faces major stability issues and has trouble with loading all its features.
