When searching for a photo editing app, users want many filters and effects packed in a small and unclogged app. The more features you try to squeeze into an app, the higher the chances of it lagging and you'd be left with the annoying loading icon that no one wants to see.

PhotoFunia is different because all of its tools are saved in the cloud, which is both a good and bad thing.

Simplistic UI with not too many features

The app launches with a few tabs and a search bar. Typically, editing apps come with many icons, tools, sections opening several subsections, so they need tutorials and instructions as not to confuse users.

PhotoFunia displays all its features in a list of categories, together with newly added ones, your favorites and popular filters. In you have any questions regarding the app, you may access the help section which will open your browser and load the FAQ section from the official website.

Take or load photos and add amazing filters

The app is pretty simplistic and focuses mainly on its content. There are plenty of effects you can add to you images, like a Halloween mask, place your portrait in a magazine, billboard, as a book cover, on the TV, in a drawing, etc.

There are plenty of filters you can also apply, to make your pictures more stylish or frame them using various borders and frames. You can search through effects or favorite the ones you intend to use the most.

Share pictures instantly with friends on social networks

Once you're done having fun with pictures, you can share them with friends on social networking sites. There's also a section with newly added and popular effects.

However, the app takes a while to load, since changes to pictures are made in the cloud after which the image is download back to your phone. This means that you can only use the app in areas where internet connection is available.
