Photo gallery is one of them, the interface is truly lightweight and it even comes with a few themes that you can pick from and plenty of other features.
Sleek and lightweight interface with themes
The UI is quite intuitive with plenty of features at hand. The app automatically scans your device for pictures and videos, and displays them on the side menu. It doesn't come with a tutorial so you wouldn't be able to check out instructions on how to navigate in the app and how to access its features and tools.
But it doesn't need online registration either and therefore shouldn't pose any security issues whatsoever. A menu gives you access to three separate themes, but they're basically the same and only the color differs.
Still, you can choose from the basic theme, stitch or the one in mint colors. In addition, the app can be set to delete cache files from your device or include videos in the gallery.
Manage your pictures easily
The nice thing about this app is that it only comes with one screen, so you wouldn't be hitting the back button too often. The app also supports various formats like GIF, BMP, JPEG, JPEG 2000, GIF, PNG, PCX, TIFF, WMF, ICO and TGA. It only takes a few seconds to list over 1,000 pictures and place them in their original folders.
The side menu provides users with quick access to all sections of the app and you can expand it to full screen easily. Simply tap on a picture to open, a double tap would expand the image to the whole screen.
Some tools
You can have the app display images in either a grid or a slide to make it easier to view pictures. Items can also be sorted by name or date, and the app can be used to access the camera for snapping pictures.
There's also a store filled with suggestions of other applications that you may download. It comes with some image tools, like the option to delete, rotate, edit, move and copy pictures.
Detailed information on files can also be displayed and you can set pictures as wallpapers or contact images. Files can also be shared on the internet with the tap of one finger. The app also lets you select multiple files, create folders and move them there.
