Multi-lens Camera 1.2.0
Multi-lens Camera is a nice app that lets you take multi-lens pictures, select from multiple shapes and edit your pictures with a bunch of tools that it provides. However, it comes with a quite dated UI, that's not very appealing.
Dated UI that needs an upgrade
We've tested our fair share of photography apps and noticed that many of them sport sleek and stylish interface, that have many features at hand. The home page comes in a dark background with colorful but childish icons for other apps that you could download.
It doesn't come with any instructions, but the UI is pretty intuitive with icons for all features on the screen. In addition, it allows users to access all pictures that they've editing inside the app in the album section and may continue editing the last photo they've snapped. Users also have the option of securing their account with a password.
Snap pictures instantly
The app lets you take up to 4 pictures per collage. You can adjust the style of the picture and the number of photos you snap. You can also create collages with up to 5 pictures, but may choose only from two styles for that.
All photos that you take are automatically saved in your default directory and then you can start editing them. The editor doesn't really resemble that of other photography apps, in the sense that users must pick the categories of tools.
You can rotate pictures, crop them, adjust size of brightness. You can also apply a number of filters and effects to pictures, to make them stand out. Moreover, frames are available for your photos and you can also add text.
Enhance your pictures
The nice thing about this app is that it offers you plenty of tools for editing pictures, including beautify features. The app lets you make plenty of changes to your pictures, including to adjust hair, remove red-eyes or any imperfections on the skin.
You can also use features that would apply filters on pictures as to make them clearer or better looking. Once you're done editing, save the pictures to your gallery or share them with friends on social networks.
Still, the image quality isn't all that great it actually outputs images with a lower quality than the originals. Another issue is that users can't zoom in while editing pictures.

Bottom Line
Design / UI7
The interface could really use an update and some extra features to make it easier to use. |
Function7
The app could really use some more features, like the option to zoom in on the picture during editing. |
Security8
It needs access to some areas of your phone, it will access your location services although it's not connected to its features. |
Battery6
Consumption is high even for a photography app, keep an eye on resources when using this app. |
Price8
It comes with annoying banner ads and there's no option of removing them. |
Compatibility9
It should work just fine on devices running Android version 2.2 or later, making it accessible to many users. |
A nice photography app but it clearly needs more work.
