Fashion focus mainly on content, rather than on a crowded UI that would confuse users. Lookbook's app sports a clean and sleek interface that makes it easy to explore various posts even without signing in.
But if you do wish to join the platform, registration takes only a few seconds with your Facebook account, however Lookbook will collect lots of data on your profile and friends. Still, you can register using only an email, but you'll also have to type in your full name and other information.
Browse through various posts
The app doesn't come with any instructions, but if you'd ever been on lookbook.nu then you won't need them. It has a side menu on the left and a toolbar on top. There are no ads to take up screen space, but users have been known to advertise products in their posts.
Still, it's a great place to find inspiration for outfits and read interviews with users that have managed to gather thousands of likes per post. You'll find interviews in the spotlight section, while posts are divided by style and number of likes.
Create collections of posts
Tap on the hype icon to like a post and share it with friends. You can also create collections of posts that you like or message the uploader. The app also has a comment section for each post.
The leaders section is filled with users that have gathered the most likes and is divided by day, week and month. The app also allows users to post pictures of themselves, but not until the read the terms and conditions, as posts that don't meet all requirements will be deleted.
