HD Camera by HD Movies Dev Team 1.9.0
You can make sure your device snaps quality pictures if you use a camera app that would boost performances of your stock camera. HD Camera is such an app that you can try out.
Sleek design with plenty of features at hand
We've tested quite a few camera apps here and since they come with many icons and shortcuts to features, it's only suitable that they'd have a tutorial to show new users how to operate inside the app. But HD Camera doesn't come with instructions, which means users must discover the app on their own.
The app launches directly with the camera mode and it works perfectly in portrait and landscape mode, you simply need to tilt your phone into position. The app is filled with controls and shortcuts on the main screen, but it still has enough space to display all the tools you may need for your pictures.
Apply all sort of effects to your pictures
The app lets you add effects and filters to the camera mode, even before pictures are taken. Pick from quite a few effects, including aqua, whiteboard and sepia. Moreover, you can apply grids to the camera mode and enable the flash if you need it.
The app can also be used a QR reader as it has separate feature just for reading codes. It can also be used to record videos and in order to zoom in on the image, you simply need to swipe the screen.
Adjust settings to your preferences
The app lets you adjust the white balance, scene mode and pick from the many modes made available inside the settings menu. It also lets you pick jpeg quality and adjust the spot metering.
Moreover, you can change the photo size, but you'll need to upgrade for maximum resolution. An upgrade would cost you 0.99$. You can also take continuous photos and adjust the interval between pictures.
The theme of the app can be changed, three alternatives are available and you can also enable animation or have the app save pictures either on your phone or the SD card. HD Camera also comes in multiple languages to choose from.
