Nowadays, there's little you can't do with your phone. On Google Play, you can find apps that help you do almost everything, including drawing the plan of your home. Floor Plan Creator is an easy-to-use app for professionals or those who wish to design and add rooms to their house.

Intuitive GUI that help bring your ideas to life

Now, you don't have to be an architect to draw the plan of your home. This app comes with instructions of use and a demo plan, to give you a general idea of what you can do.

Simply start a project and select the shape of rooms. You can also adjust measurements for an accurate planning and you can even add several levels to your project.

The GUI is truly intuitive. All shapes of rooms and items are displayed on the right side of the screen and tools are featured on the bottom. You can always adjust the size of rooms or items simply by dragging the edges.

Add various items to your rooms

There are many items that you can add to rooms, like kitchen stoves or bathtubs. But, you can also add fire extinguishers or electrical wiring, doors and windows and even furniture items.

If you're drawing the plan for a house with two floor, you can set the location of stairs and even ventilation shafts. The app is truly everything you need to plan the design of your home and it even lets you clone levels and make them the same. Still, it lets you input and lock the length of the interior wall even in inches.

Use drawing tools or take a picture of your home

If the features provided aren't enough, the app comes with the option of using drawing tools to create your own plan from scratch. All projects can be saved in your phone's gallery or in the cloud.

However, cloud access is available only with an upgrade. In addition, pictures are saved with a company watermark unless you purchase the premium version.
