Cartoons Mobile 2.3
Simplistic interface that focuses on content
The app only opens with the list of cartoons available. There are no instructions or any tips to show new users how the app works. Still, considering its simplistic nature you shouldn't have any trouble with it.
The application and videos are all in English and they don't come with subtitles, which would have been nice especially for users who don't speak the language. There are no settings inside the app, not even notifications for when new content is added which means that new videos aren't provided. The app works both in portrait and landscape mode.
Browse through the long list of videos
The list of cartoons available is really long, you can browse through the most popular ones or search for your favorite ones using the search bar. Videos are also arranged alphabetically, but not into sections or folders of clips from the same cartoon series, so you'll have to endlessly scroll down to find what you're looking for.
In addition, there's no information on the whole number of clips and cartoons. You can also have the app stream cartoons randomly or use the search bar to find clips. Tap on one title to open a short description of the video and to find links to IMDb.com for more information.
Watch cartoons
While there's no information on the origin of clips, the videos do come in a satisfactory quality depending on when they were produced. You'll need constant internet connection to play videos and lots of patience as they do need a while to load.
Clips can be shared with friends on social networks and suggestions of other videos to watch are provided at the end of each clip. The application comes with some shortcomings, it features banner ads in the menu and no option of removing them with an upgrade. Other than that, the app doesn't come with Chromecast support.

A nice but simplistic app that relies solely on good quality content.
