Camera HDR Studio 1.2.2
The app only works for your back camera, there's no option to switch to the front one. In addition, it has some stability issues and the interface really needs an upgrade.
Dated UI that could use an upgrade
The interface seems a bit dated and it could really use an upgrade. The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any instructions to show new users how to access all features and tools. It opens directly with the camera app and has a toolbar filled with all sort of features that you can use.
But the app only works in landscape mode and even if you hold your phone in portrait, the position of icons won't change. It only works with your back camera, the app won't let you switch to the front one for selfies.
Adjust settings to the app
The app comes with some settings that you can adjust before you actually start taking pictures. You can enable the feature that prevents your device from sleeping while the program is running or take a picture by simply taping the screen.
In addition, you may adjust the image size and have the app save photos with the highest image quality. Geo-tagging is also available and the app lets you pick the destination folder for output files. Other than that, you can also have it save pictures automatically, so you wouldn't bother with that.
Take nice HDR images
In order to take HDR pictures, users must enable the mode on the screen. You can also adjust whitebalance, focus or apply effects even in the camera mode. After you've taken the picture, the app lets you enhance them by using the many HDR effects and some filters.
Mirror effect is also available, but there are few options to choose from. Other than that, the app lets you add frames, vignettes or textures to your pictures. When you're done editing, you can save pictures and then share them online easily.
You have access to the gallery of pictures directly from the camera mode and the app comes with banner ads and you can remove them if you purchase the premium version for 2.27$.
