We've all been there looking at the end of the month at our wallets or bank accounts, wondering where did all the money go. Sure, monthly expenses differ sometimes that's why it's always a good idea to keep track of everything you spend so you could reduce or eliminate some expenses and try to save up. CWMoney Expense Track could help you with that. Although, the interface is a bit dated the app is really easy-to-use and offers basically all the tools you need.

Dated UI, unsuitable for an expense manager

The interface seems a bit dated, with many colors but it lacks that professional look and feel of expense managers. It has some settings, like the option of choosing from multiple languages, enabling the GPS location for tracking or changing the theme.

Select from many themes of various colors, but they all seem a bit simplistic and unsuitable. Users can also change the expense/income sign or enable notifications for when you should input payments made during the day.

Track your expenses

Tips and instructions will help you get the hang of this app, it comes with a tutorial but it's all in Chinese. Track your expenses per day, week or month and manage multiple accounts if you wish. Add expenses, the date, select from multiple categories and subcategories and select one of your accounts.

Multiple currencies can also be selected. You can also create and add projects and put in notes. Attach photos or use TTS for entries. The app automatically deducts the sum from the selected account. Entries can be filtered by date or money. Find certain expenses using the search feature. Set reminders so you won't forget to make entries.

Manage your income

You can't manage expenses if you're not fully aware of your income. Manage your income with this neat app, add accounts and notes so you can properly track your money. The data management section helps you realize what are your biggest expenses and whether you're spending more than you should on certain categories of services and products.

Pie charts and graphs will display the same data, but it's easier to view the impact on your accounts and income. Once they're input the information, users may backup data and protect it by using a password, so unwanted users wouldn't read it.
