Simplistic and dull interface
Social networking apps usually sport easy-to-use interfaces to make them accessible to all users. Badoo has a gray UI that doesn't make it too appealing to people on the network. Still, there's a side menu with all sections and access to your profile.
Before you can start using the app, you'll need to create a profile either by providing an email address or connecting with Facebook or Google+. Next, you'll need to provide personal information to create a profile. The app needs to know your birthday, height and weight, interests and location.
You'll also need to provide the relationship status, sexuality, whether you have kids and your education. This will help the app sort through millions of users and provide you with suggestions of who would suit your interests and preferences.
Meet new people
The whole purpose of this app is to help you talk to new people, flirt and meet but before you can get to that, you'll need to finish your profile. Badoo values accuracy and all new users must verify their accounts by providing a phone number or by connecting to Facebook.
Photos must also be added to your profile and you can rate the pictures other users upload. The Encounters feature lets you see pictures of suggested users, see how many friends and interests you have in common and like their profiles. In addition, you can have the app find users that are near your location, by searching in a certain radius.
Message and like users
Considering the high number of users, Badoo is a great place for meeting new people, but you'll have to tweak settings to make sure you find what you're looking for. Have the app only search for people of a certain age and those that have common interests with you.
The app lets you favorite people and message them. The super user powers lets you see people that have liked your profile, those that added you to their favorites, chat with regular or popular users.
