It tells you whether you're underweight, normal or obese. It also shows you which would be your ideal BMI based on your age and weight in kg.
In fact, to make it easier for users to input their information the app lets you change the units of measurement and use kilograms or pounds and stones. In addition, waist-to-height ratio can also be calculated. Have the app reveal your ideal waist circumference in cm or inches.
Get your body fat percentage and basal metabolic rate
Measure your neck, waist and hip for the app to calculate your ideal body fat percentage, as well as your basal metabolic rate. Based on your age, height, weight and the type of activity that you usually perform, the app lets you know the total number of calories that you need in a day.
It also shows you how many calories you could burn in a day depending on your activity. The app also comes with a help & feedback section but it doesn't have any tips, only the option to rate the app. In addition, it comes with banner ads which you can remove if you upgrade for 0.99$.
