It's a really nice app that provides you with suggestions of unique places to stay throughout Asia Pacific. The app offers tools both for travelers and hosts alike, making it perfect for either booking or renting vacation homes.
Sleek and beautiful interface
The app launches with a tutorial, showing new users how to access all features and how to book rooms in various cities in Asia Pacific. You can also register with an account, to make it easier to search for rooms and use all the other features from inside the app.
Sign up using your Google or Facebook account, or using your email address. It features a side menu on the left so you can access sections at any time and it comes with some options of managing notifications and SMS alerts. You can also change the currency, so that prices would be posted in a currency that would benefit you.
Book rooms in various locations from Asia Pacific
The app has a section with featured listings and destinations found inside, you can either browse for rooms in this section or use the many options to search for the perfect accommodation. There are many filters to narrow down searches and find exactly what you're looking for.
You can also sort results by price and rating. The app displays results in a list or map, allowing you to find the nearest rental to a certain landmark or tourist attraction in the area.
HomeAway Asia comes with a built-in calendar that lets you view the availability of rooms and check dates. Aside from that you can read reviews from previous guests, add your own reviews and ratings after each stay.
List your place
Aside from allowing users to book apartments and vacation homes, the app is also extremely useful for hosts as it lets them post listings of their homes and keep track of incoming reservations. You can accept or decline your reservations even when on the go.
In addition, it lets you manage your calendar directly from your phone, set availability and update pricing from your phone. It also lets you contact guests and respond to their inquiries directly from the phone.
