The settings menu doesn't come with ads but has a whole section for supporting the developer, which isn't uncommon for most apps.
Choose from several presets and themes
The wallpaper is quite entertaining. You can stay in the settings menu and just have fun with it, by swiping your finger on the screen and creating amazing images you can save.
Clear the screen and start again. The app comes with a long list of presets. They're multiple themes that you can set for your screen, however not all are available in the free version.

colors, type of particles and add effects
Change the quality of the animation, based on your own needs to preserve battery life and in accordance to your device's specs. You can select either smoke or water fluid to appear, adjust the speed of fluids or limit framerate to save power.
You can also adjust the amount of paint that flows out of your finger, choose the color palette, the type and amount of particles, or adjust the effects. The free version of this app is well-worth checking out as it's entertaining and quite artsy, however you'll get the full feel of Magic Fluids only if you upgrade for 1.99$.
