Neat GUI, with beautiful backgrounds and a lot of transparency inside
The application brings you a wide variety of images inspired by the locations you select in the dedicated area. The forecasts are projected on a see-through background, so you can still view the nice image from the main screen.
The graphics are nicely designed and also illustrative for the weather conditions they stand for. In the lower part of the screen you will see the ever-present adverts, while occasionally a reminder that prompts you to rate the app will appear.
Basic weather data for the current 24-hour interval and simple 5-day forecasts
Weather has a long way to go before being able to stand next to more complex solutions because it offers only a small amount of information that is limited to the overall characteristics of the day, the high and low temperatures, as well as the current value.
The extended forecast is similarly unsophisticated, so you will only get the general characteristics of the upcoming days. A positive aspect is that the information is also displayed on the live tile pinned to the Start screen.

This utility is indeed very easy to use, but it provides only a very small amount of information and on top of it all crashes on start quite a lot. The customizations are very limited and consist of choosing the unit of measure for the temperature. |

For such a simple utility that doesn't need nor offer much, Weather requires access to secure areas of the system like the phone dialer or the owner and phone identities without an obvious reason. |
