For Windows Phone owners the choice is also varied, as the specialized applications come in a fair number and offer varied functions. Weather & Time is one of those utilities that brings a little bit of extra functionality apart from what its name suggests.

Tidy and well organized front-end

This app offers a very nice appearance, thanks to some polished graphics that will make the whole experience more enjoyable. The content is presented in an easy to read manner, with all the information available at a glance.

Going from one section of Weather & Time into another is relatively simple, but there are some minor glitches here and there, while the mode of navigating among the screens is less intuitive.

A major downside you will surely notice is the fact that when trying to select a different city to lookup the weather, the list doesn't include any names, as it only contains some strings of text that seem to be some programming leftovers.

Basic weather information at a glimpse

The utility doesn't offer too many details about the current or upcoming conditions, so you will have to do with the current and maximum temperature values and an icon that is displays the general aspect of the weather.

The hourly prognosis is just as limited in terms of details it provides and the intervals are of 3 hours, as shown in the nicely designed graph that contains the estimated temperature and the general aspect for each period of time.

Add multiple cities and keep track of important events

Weather & Time can accommodate several locations on the list of followed cities, so you can easily switch them whenever needed. The new entries can be inserted only using the built-in search mechanism.

A neat extra feature of this app is the ability to set reminders for various events, so you will receive notifications at the specified time. The calendar function makes it possible for you to create the events for any upcoming date.
