Uncomplicated interface designed for practical use
The utility greets you with a simple GUI that has only 4 tiles set against a completely black background. The animated tiles have some pretty well designed graphics, but other than that the interface looks too monotonous.
The advertisement banners are present inside this app and they keep flashing and changing in the lower part of the screen, while once in a while they will be accompanied by some reminders that prompt you to rate and review the application.
Search for the sounds you like, play and download them
Ringtone Hub offers you a lot of sounds organized into several relevant categories, which makes it easier to go through all of them. The search feature works fine, but scrolling through the lists can become tedious, as very often you will have to wait for the next batch of results to load.
Each file is downloaded and played when you click it. If you want to keep any of the sounds, the save function is there, ready for use, allowing you to set the new audio files as the default ringtone by checking a box. On the downside, the Myxer section of Ringtone Hub fails to provide any type of content.

The overly simplified look of the interface, coupled with the bothersome advertisement banners and occasional prompts to rate the app lose it a lot of points. Only the neatly organized categories and the well structured search section can be mentioned as positive aspects related to the GUI. |

Nonetheless, the fact that it has an entire section out of service and also the lags in displaying the list of results or the items stored inside the numerous categories are enough to take away many points. |
