For the photographs you have at your disposal a timer mode and a toggle for managing the camera flash. Also, from the main menu you can change the image resolution and choose the preferred album where the snapshots and recoded clips are to be stored.

This app enables you to quickly upload each pic and clip to your OneDrive account and you can even post the images to your Facebook account directly from inside the utility.

Security features and management options at a glance

Adding from the local folders the images you want to safeguard inside the application is an easy task, as you can opt for importing them one by one or in bulk, making a multiple selection. The default album that Private Snaps comes with cannot be deleted, but you can create new ones in no time to better organize your files.

The utility is focused on making sure your multimedia files stay private no one else but you can view them, so it enables you even from the first run to set up a numeric or alphanumeric password for accessing the app. This option can be changed later on from the "Options" area.

A neat feature of this application is that all the pictures and videos are saved only inside its protected storage and only by activating a special function when picking the default save location will you be able to have those items sent to the "Camera Roll" folder, thus making them visible outside Private Snaps.
