Photo Glass is an app that fits in this category, but it adds an element of novelty on which it relies most to help you zoom in a certain area of the selected pic and save both the magnified bit and the original image.
Uncomplicated and efficient front-end
This application offers a simple layout and it is certainly made to serve the practical purposes more than to catch the eye, as it doesn't have any polished effects or otherwise visually appealing elements of graphical design.
The preview for the magnifier may seem small at first glance, but the magnification factor is high and the box can be easily expanded as much as you want, even filling the whole screen.
The display is very responsive and while you hold pressed the magnifier on the selected image and move it around, the zoomed in picture is shown without any lags or other kind of glitches.
There are some advertisement banners that appear inside the application and they can be permanently removed after making a purchase.
Adjust the preview on the go
A very nice thing about Photo Glass is that it allows you to change the position of the preview box, but in order to activate this feature you have to tap the corresponding button from the main menu hosted in the lower side of the screen.
Resizing the same box is done in a similar manner, more precisely by holding and dragging in any direction to give it the desired dimension. This feature is active by default, so as soon as you start the app you can perform this adjustment.
Quick image customization
The utility enables you to transform every picture you load by applying some filters to give it a different appearance in no time. The effects are separated into 2 main categories, artistic and fun, while the thumbnail previews for every single one of them use the actual photo, so you will get a very good idea about how the output will look like.
A neat thing about Photo Glass is that it supports several filters applied onto the same pic, so you can add several layers until you obtain the desired look. An "Undo" button is ready to help you in case you want to revert the changes you made.
When it comes to saving the images, you can either keep the photo with the magnifier glass included or save the picture with the filers you used to personalize it.
