Simple and practical interface, made for ease of use
This utility greets you with a plain look, where the visual appeal is left aside and the functional aspects prevail when considering the design of the GUI. The front-end adapts very quickly to any changes in orientation, so it can be used equally well in portrait or in landscape mode.
All the functions are conveniently placed inside the main menu and you can browse through the list of filters without any hindrances. The thumbnail previews for each effect will help you choose the filters you want to apply and the modifications come into effect immediately.
The large image preview has the transparent list of filters overlapping it quite a bit in the left side of the screen, but with a single tap on the image you can view it alone on the screen and then zoom and pan with intuitive touch gestures.

The app is ready to acquire fresh photos using the phone's camera(s), but you can use just about any picture from the local storage and bring it onto the canvas.
Photo Buddy++ comes with a pretty wide variety of filters, well over 40, so you have the possibility to make quite a few changes to the loaded pics.
More importantly, perhaps the main advantage of this utility is its ability to add several effects one on top of the other. You can even load the same filter several times in a row to obtain a truly original look for the photos.
Simple configuration and change reversal
Besides applying the filters onto the images and then saving the pics there is not much you can do with Photo Buddy++. The only extra customizations at your disposal pertain to the action you want the app to do at startup, namely launch the camera, import a photo or wait for your command. Also, you can hide the bar where the applied filters are enumerated.
At any moment you can revert the changes you made to a loaded photo by using the "Undo" function that is available from the main menu hosted in the lower side of the screen.
